Question: Did I eat okay today (for a diet)!?
Breakfast: Hashbrown and an apple
Lunch: Tuna on a piece of toast and some Mexican rice
Snack: Toast with peanut butter
Dinner: Bowl of sizzling rice seafood soup (carrots, mushrooms, rice, crab, and shrimp) and carrots/broccoli
Snack: Toast with peanut butter
I feel like I ate too much, but that might be because I feel so full whenever I eat anything =/ Did I eat too little, too much, or a good amount of food!? And was it at least fairly healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Was the hash brown fried!? If so that isn't good!. A good bowl of wholegrain cereal with low fat milk would be better or some wholemeal toast with an egg!. Porridge is also good as it keeps you feeling full for longer!.
Lunch sounds okay, but you need to replace you snacks of peanut butter on toast with something else!. Although peanuts contain protein they are very high in calories!. Try having low fat yogurts or fresh fruit instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should count your calories, start tomorrow!. eat 1,000-1,200 a day!. That's a healthy diet!.
I don't know if what you ate was healthy because I don't know how much you ate or how many calories it had!. Just count calories next time so you know what you eat is healthy!. Guessing doesn't work!. Remeber to read the back label on items as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you didnt eat too much overall but you had a lot of bread!. you needed to eat more for breakfast, that should be your biggest meal!. watch the bread and the rice, you need more fresh foods like fruits and veggies!. it wasnt that terrible though calorie wise, i would think of it as a wasted day, your cals were in check, just not very balanced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when you eat rice make sure its brown rice!. because you dont want to eat enriched rice !. mexican rice is probably a bad idea because it has a lot of additives in it!. peanut butter is healthy but in moderationWww@Answer-Health@Com
You did good, but I would've liked to see more fruit in there and what type of bread are you eating!?!? I hope you dont have that much bread everyday!.!.!. If so!.!.!. cut down on your bread and Try to change white to wholemeal!.!.!. other then that!.!.!.
