Question: Why cant i gain weight, how can i gain weight!?
i eat like five big meals a day and i play basketball and soccer but i can never gain weight i am always eating all throughtout the day but i can never gain weight!. i am 6'3 155 i am not anoxeic but i need to gain weight for basketballWww@Answer-Health@Com

you dont eat enough!. i guarantee it!! just eat like every second you can!. also try to eat a lot of protein!. eat a whole box of ice cream bars and eat all the hohos and cookies and cake you could ever want!. you are lucky buddy i would love to need to gain weight but good luck with that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Snack alot
Drink a lot of fluids that supply nutrients and calories; milk, fresh fruit juices and energy drinks are good examples!.
Intensify workouts
You need to exercise really hard and intensely to gain muscle mass!.
And be consistent because you are naturally skinny it will probably take a while for you too gain weight!.

you better eat cream and jam in the morning with a glass of milk!.!.the other option is to have susages and Jombonz!.!.
than you can have friuts like banana and mangoo after like 2 hours!.!.
then go for your lunch for something with high protien dat help gaing but not bringing fat!.!.
after around 2 hours you should go for a milk shake if you are doing exersice so you can have the shake before or after you exersice!.!.
if you go before then after your exeicise go for a juice better to be fresh and then you dinner!.!.
Promiss you will gain
