Question: I'm so guilty right now!?
O!.K, this may sound weird to you but a few hours ago I ate 3 pizza from pizza hut and drank coke, now I consumed so many calories, I think that I'll be fat, I'm very health conscious, I only eat fruits, vegetables, lean meat, and only drink water!. I never ate fast food since last year!. I will be exercising double the time!. I don't starve myself because it will damage my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually I heard it is beneficial to have one cheat day a week!. Becasue there are some weird chemiclas in the body that help to burn fat and they are decreased as tyou eat helthy and stuff, but when you are overloaded with bad stuff they kivck into overdrive and remain elevated evn when you start eating healthy again!. So I've heard , you may look it up, like science of cheat days, or cheat days for dieting or something!.Anyways, I'm pretty sure it's not only fine but actually will help you!. Plus every once in a while we need pizza!. Its just plain human!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't feel guilty for rewarding your self, we all try to reward ourselves in some way or another, one thing for sure you have a carbohydrate load and should have Lot's of energy to really get a good work out, maybe your body needed it since you craved it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont be stupid , its a one off what you want to do is set 1 day a month that you can have a real blow out, then eat careful the rest of the time, this will give you something to look forward to without getting to fat,Www@Answer-Health@Com
