try this diet called Fat Loss for Idiots (lose p ounds in 11 days)- I lost 10 pounds it, still in counting!. This diet is very easy to do, and you get to eat 4 meals a day and never starve yourself!. This diet is seriously great and I have my friends (they lost 9 pounds), myself (10 pounds), and even my mom (12 pounds so far) to prove it!
(I only did one session to lose the weight, you can do more if you like!.)
So, try this diet, read about it, and everything makes sense!
