Question: Do I have a good meal plan!?
This morning at 10am I had half a ham sandwich ( 150 calories ) and pretzels ( 120 calories )!. At lunch I'm going to have the half of the ham sandwich (m 150 calories ) and fruit ( 150 calories )!. For dinner I'm having steak ( 400 caloriesm ) and a baked potato ( 150 calories )!. Is this a good meal plan!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it seems and "tastes" good!.
but i think u need to add lots of water and atleast twenty min of walk!.( i have planned the walk for a week!.!.!. but im still at the net rather treadmill)Www@Answer-Health@Com

not bad at all!.!. just include more variety!.!.!. more proteins, and more fibres!.!.!. vegetables etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
