Can anyone help me gain weight?!


Question: Can anyone help me gain weight!?
Okay, so I'm 5'5 and 105 pounds!. I wanna gain more weight and tighten my stomach!. Any tips on foods and exercises!?

I pretty much wanna have bigger thighs but not too big!.

Thing is is that I eat a lot but hardly gain weight sometimes!.

Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories!. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish!.

Increase the caloric value of your meals!. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on!.

Avoid skipping meals!. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating!. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks!.

Increase your normal portion size!. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal!.

Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice!. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans!.

Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories!.

Add weight lifting to your exercise program!. It helps build muscle mass!.

Go to your local CVS and dring Ensure they have three flavors and you must drink it on the morning with breakfast and at night with dinner!. Drink it with lots of ice!. I prefer the Strawberry or Vanilla!. I used to be sick and weigh 70 pounds and this product saved my life and I gained weight over 4-6 weeks!. Also if you are young and always active remember your still growing and your metabolism is high when you are young!. Check with a nutritionist on foods with protein to gain weight!.

Don't TRY to gain weight; you're just naturally thin and it's beautiful on you!. But if you do gain weight, try to do it healthily (proteins, exercise etc) to build muscle!.
