Question: I am 13 years old and I really want a six pack again!!?
When I was about 9-12 I did gymnastics (Intense) We did ab workouts all the time!. I stopped doing gymnastics again, and lost my skills and have tried getting my six pack back, but I really don't want to have to do extreme workouts like when I was in gymnastics!. I've started gymnastics again (Not as intense) just a tramp and tumble class!. How do I get my six-pack back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of toning excersizes help alot!. Plenty of sit-up, push-ups, pull-ups, jumping jacks, and bend and reaches can help build plenty of muscle in your arms and in your abs, and if done correctly and long enough your six packs should come back =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
i agree it takes hard work and it also takes hard work to keep it get at least 30min of exercise a day for three days per week and stick to it even when u get ur six packWww@Answer-Health@Com
