Question: Can someone give me a workout I can do to lose stomach fat, and tone up all over!?
Answers:
cardio!! running works best for me
don't eat past 9, drink lots of fluids, preferably water, no soda! make sure you don't skip meals!.!.multiple small proportioned meals is best!.
it's hard to describe the excersizes I do, but if you go to any local gym, most have trainers to give you all the tips!.
simple leg lifts, and crunches work!.!.don't listen to those tv advertisements saying standard crunches don't work, they do!.

i weighed 155 and am 5'8 i started doing 45 min of tae boe everyother day and Biggest Looser cardio max on the other days, also 45 min!. Along with watching my calories and im down to 135 and it took me 5 months!. i have really toned by legs and belly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put a weight on your chest!.!.!.!.!. and do situps!.!.!.!.like i put one on my chest ( 50 lbs!.) and do situps, it will shred fat!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
