Question: Great alternativebreakfast ideas!? I'm hefty and I like bacon and eggs but i need to eat better!?
what do you all eat for breakfast!? I can't eat cereal every morning and I'm lactose intolerant!. Eating an apple and stuff is not fulfilling, so what do i need to do!? I'm in dire need but I'm being realistic!. What are great breakfast meals besides bacon eggs and toast (which is fulfilling but not good to eat everyday)!. Also what are some good things to drink besides OJ milk and water!. I don't like coffee or teaWww@Answer-Health@Com

for breakfast try toast, oj, a few pieces of fruit, egg whites, a muffin or bagels!.
you could even try a fruit smoothie!. maybe you could make yourself a sandwhich!. wheat bread, egg whites, cheese, and a few slices of ham!. with a piece of fruit on the side!.

for drinks there's apple juice, grape fruit, cranberry, grape, water, flavored soy milk!. (chocolate tastes really good)

also if you want food that fills have fish or chicken!. it's healthy and when you exercise they burn off you like crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try using soymilk in your cereal, that has no lactose in it!.

Fruit smoothies are really good, and if you put some wheat germ or whey protein in it, they are more filling!.

Wheat bagels are also really filling and are a lot better for you than the plain ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omelettes are good because you can change them up and put different ingredients in them on different days!. Also throw some healthy things in there like veggies!.

Oatmeal is healthy!. Steel cut oats!.

Eating actual fruit, not just juice!.

I'm right there with you!. I love bacon and eggs!. I would recommend that you treat yourself to bacon and eggs once a week so that you won't feel deprived!. Or, why not try having less of it and adding more healthy things!? For breakfast, you can eat oatmeal or cream of wheat, or grits!. Then, there's hash browns (cook them in a little olive oil and pam)!. Egg whites could take the place of whole eggs!. A veggie omlet with a low fat cheese in it like mozzerella, is really really good!. And it doesn't feel like diet food!. What about lactose free milk with cereal!? Can you drink a yogurt drink!? A bagel with low fat cream cheese is good!.!.!.I turn it into a sandwhich and put cucumbers and lettuce with mustard on it!. If you add an apple or an orange with that, you can get pretty full!. Canadian bacon is low fat and a good subsitute for fat meats like bacon or sausage!. It tastes like ham!. Cranberry juices, grape juices, and tomato juices are in every supermarket in the country, and I love them all!.!.!.just experiment with juices and breakfast combos, and write down what you like so you can go back and get it again!.
