Tone your muscles with light weights!. The muscle will help burn off any fat!.
For that really flat belly, perform Russian crunches every other day!. Lay down on the carpet with your butt up against your bed and your legs elevated on top of the bed!. (Yes, I know that sounds dirty Ma'am, but I AM a professional :) Place a light weight on your belly, maybe 2!.5 lbs and perform the crunch!.
Eat a lot of peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread!. This may sound wierd, but peanut butter helps to flatten the stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy stuff like vegetables, fruits, ooh i recommend orange juice 100% it works good also you can go take a run every morning and will do you dont have to do a lot, you just have to follow your steps everyday and will do =] well thats my opinionWww@Answer-Health@Com
