Well it depends on how much you wanna lose!. I suggest cutting out bread, white flour and sugar!. Eat mainly fresh fruits and veggies, whole wheat and drink water!. If you cant pronounce whats on the label dont eat it!. Also, try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise!.

Start a STRICT cardio program of a minimum or 1 hour a day 7 days a week!.

Drink lots of water and exercise more than what calories you take in!. Also, stick away from late night eating and eating the right things will also help!. Ask your doctor for what will be the healthiest for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm sorry!. There's not a healthy way!. Just watch your calories, types of food you are eating, and exercise regularly!. If you lose it too fast, you're more likely to gain it back and then some!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been losing weight like crazy (about 5 pounds per week)!. This is what I do!. I eat less than 100 carbohydrates per day, and I wax cars in the evening!. I also drink water all day long (about 6 x 20 oz bottles per day)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do not drink anything but water!. And drink a lot of it!. Swich out your desserts or snacks for fruit!. Run like a mile a day!. You will notice a difference in like three days!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
