Question: Am i at a healthy weight or am i underweight!?
I'm 14, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 120 pounds i'm just curious what is my body fat percentage and am i at a healthy weight or underweight or overweight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're technically underweight!. Somebody 5'0 should be 100 lbs, then add 5 lbs for every inch!. Your "ideal" weight would be 150 lbs!. However, everybody has different body types and structures!. Also, you're only 14, so I wouldn't worry, UNLESS you're forcing yourself to stay that weight by extreme dieting and exercising!. Otherwise, you're fine! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
