Answers:
YES! That is a great plan! Eat a healthy diet, but do not limit your calories too too much and you will see results! You should run for 20-45 minutes, and keep your heart beat up, that's key! Then every other day to the 1 hour dvd workout, because your body may shut down on you if you over work it! I wish you the best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on how much you run/workout and what you mean by eating healthy!.

You need to consume less calories than you need for 15 days!. You need to figure out how much calories you burn by working out (running/dvd workout etc!.) plus how much calories you're burning doing other things such as eating, sitting, sleeping etc!.!. Eating healthy is good, but for loosing weight, the calorie count is the most important!. The combination of daily workout and eating healthy (cutting calorie) will definitely help you reduce weight in long term, in theory!.

However, practically speaking, it sounds like you're cramming as much work out as possible in 15 days to loose weight!. This plan can actually sabotage your weight loss goal very fast if you're not used to working out this much!. You might end up more hungry, eating more, feeling so tired that you will end up stopping after day 5!. When you get so tired, your brain might get you to eat more food to substitute rest!. You will be building more muscles, and therefore you might end up looking even bigger!. You will end up dropping the whole loosing weight idea very soon, before your 15 days!.

For a really fast short term result in the next 15 days, try:
1!. 4 days (no more than 5 days) of workout and running instead of 7days!. Focus on 3-4 days of cardio exercise(at least 40 mins to start with), and combine 2 days of yoga/pilates/light weights instead of heavy weights to tone your muscles!. This will be easier for you to stick with!.

2!. No alcohol what so ever!. It's the easiest way to drop water weight!.

3!. Cut refined carbs!. No sweets at all!! Eat whole grain food!. Try avoiding potato, white bread & pasta!. Eat more rice, black beans, & whole grain bread/pasta!.

4!. No carbonated softdrinks or diet softdrinks!. Just water!.

5!. Try to use self-tanning body lotion for 10 days!.

6!. Cut out red meat for 15 days, just eat chicken(no skin) and fish!. Eat lots of fresh veggies such as broccolis, carrots, celeries!. No corn, fried veggies, and veggies w/ cream & stuff!.

7!. Make sure you get LOTS of sleep!. Otherwise you'll feel fat and look tired!.

8!. Be realistic of how much you can loose!. You can probably only loose about 5 lbs, mostly due to the water retension weight through the day!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

depend how old you are- if you are relatively young, you can get away with running each day without any soreness!.
i would suggest running hills or steep inlcine on the treadmill (say 10)!. this is definitely the best exercise to loose weight!. you may want to incorporate some push-ups and sit-ups!.
be sure to eat health since this is 1/2 the battle- fruit, veggies and lean meats or fish!. no fast food or soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you would likely lose more than 10 pounds in the 15 days!. Whenever you first start a workout routine you always lose more in the first 2 weeks as your body starts to release water retention when you cut salt out of your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You most likely won't loose 10lbs, you might loose 2-5lbs!. Either way the more you do it the more likely you'll tone up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on how much you run everyday and you will lose some weight but maybe not 10 lbs that quick but you might lose like 5Www@Answer-Health@Com
