Question: I'm 15 and i want to try my best to lose weight in 45 days!.!.!.what should i do!?
well i am 15 and want to lose weight cuz its my birthday next month and i have only 45 days to do it!.!.!.i exercise everyday and eat a lot less than before!.!.!.!.i want to lose as much as possible!.!.!.tell me how!.!.will i lose a lot of weight if i dont eat anything and exercise as much as i can!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you dont eat anything you body will actually conserve the fat and burn muscle and tissue instead!. your best bet is to take in at least 1500 cals and do vigorous exercise for 30-40 mins daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

abviously what your doing isnt working!. So instead of starving yourself try to eat 5 small healthy meals a day - drink LOTS of water!. Of course excersise 30-45 minutes a day!. What your doinf now will probably make you sick by your bday and you wont want to do anything on your !6th
