Help, I need exercise ideas???!
Question: Help, I need exercise ideas!?!?!?
Here are the basics:
What I can NOT do: Walk any length (say 30 feet max at time, at slow pace), I can not do sit ups, push ups!.
I have very low oxygen intake and am not allowed to over excert as I lose my breath very easy!. I do NOT drive, therefore I have zero means of getting to a gym!. I do eat right but without exercise I am gaining unwanted and un-needed weight!. I am able to get my chores done around the house, ie:making beds, doing laundry, cooking, etc!. it just takes me all day!. I am 43, and I also have meniere's (sp) disease, which affects my balance!. So anyone have ideas of what I can do for exercises that will NOT end up putting me in the hospital!?!?!? Please and thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try swimming!. it's great exercise and it doesn't even feel like your exercising! Stretching is also good, light exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
Water aerobics may work for you!. I know that it's easy on the joints and I don't think it would be too exerting!. Besides, it's fun! If I were you, I would ask your doctor!. Your doctor would probably have some ideas for you!.
There are sit down exercises that could be just as helpful to you as well!. I would look into those and see if you would enjoy them!.

Get your doctor to print out a medical exam for you and take it to a professional fitness instructor who can get up a program for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try trampoline jumping!.!.!.it worked for me cool and easy way!.

Can you get an indoor bike!? What about getting weights at home!? Can you lay on your back and do things like leg lifts!? What about doing exercises while you sit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should consult your physician and just ask him/her what the best or most practical idea would be for you to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
