Answers:
Empty calories are calories with little to no nutrition value like cakes, donuts, and brownies etc!.!.!.etc!.!.!.
Things like diet coke and splenda are way better for you than regular soda and table sugar!. Table sugar and regular sodas are empty calories!. Diet sodas have 0 calories, therefore you will not gain weight but it's still better to drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Empty calories are associated with foods that have a lot of calories but that do not have much, if any, nutritional value, such as regular soda and candy bars!. Artificial sweeteners like aspartame (Splenda) and NutraSweet (which is in Diet Coke) do not have any calories!. So no, those things will not make you gain weight, although Diet Coke still has phosphoric acid in it, which is bad news for your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those artificial sweeteners tend to give you a false sense of security to splurge on other things that are high in calories, and two they make you hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, it's basically like food that has nothing good for you, like vitamins or iron, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Artificial chemicals are not good for your body at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are right!.!.!.coz they actually make you more hungry and tempted to eat more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nope eat all the empty calories you want!
