Get ripped....?!


Question: Get ripped!.!.!.!.!?
I am 6'2, weighing at 179lb and have a body fat percentage of 9%!. I would like to gain like 5,6lb but be really really ripped with great abs!. What kind of exercises should I do!? How much cardio how often weight lifting!? Cardio before or after weights!?!? How long would it take me to get to 7% because thats my goal!.

I don't know how old you are, so remember if you are still a teenager, your body is still growing and developing!. You do not want to do something that will hurt you later on in life!.

Here is what I suggest!. Buy the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips!. There are two elements necessary to be healthy effectively: a good eating plan and a good exercise plan!. He gives you a plan for both of these!. He gives you charts to fill out so you can plan your meals and exercise schedule!. The best thing about this is you get a FREE DAY every week, where you can eat anything you want to and you don't have to exercise on that day!.

For the eating plan, you have 6 meals a day!. 3 are snacks and 3 are meals!. That sounds like a lot, but it isn't!. He gives you examples of what you can eat and tells you when to eat!.

You exercise 6 days a week!. 3 days are aerobic-type exercises and 3 days are weight-lifting/resistance-type exercises!. The aerobic-type exercises are like joggin, running, tennis, any exercise you can do to exercise your heart at least 20 minutes a day!. He gives you a chart to help you regulate this exercise best!.

For the weight-lifting/resistance-type exercises, he gives you examples of the different exercises you can do that will affect the different parts of the body!. You don't have to do all of them!. You just plot the ones you want to do onto the chart!. There will be 2 for each body part!. If you don't have weights, he has exercises that can compensate for that, or you can buy small weights!.

The hardest part of this routine is the first 2 weeks!. After that, you will be ok!. Whenever you have a hard time, just remember your free day at the end of the week!. It will keep you going!. And you really can eat anything you want on that day!.

If you want to get huge, do high-weight, low-repitition workouts to build bulk!. You can google which specific workouts you can do, but make sure to do your whole body!. Someone who only benches is not going to get as developed as someone who benches and works the opposing muscles with rows or lat pulldowns!.

Cardio before weightlifting!. Working out during the time your heart rate is high will burn more calories!. Keep on schedule with whatever you choose your workout plan to be and you should be pleased with the results in 5, maybe 7 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would take forever to lay out a program for you!. Not to mention the fact that we don't have enough info (current strength levels, nutrition program, etc!.)!.
