Yeah, I'm on cross country, and that's what I do every day!. If I eat before, I feel sick!. As long as you have enough energy to keep going, you're fine!. But if you feel really run-down, eat something small and light that's not fruity and doesn't have a lot of fiber before you run the next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Won't hurt at all!. I usually run first thing in the a!.m!., but I have about 24 oz of water and a piece of toast before I hit the road!. I get a little weak if I don't have something in my stomach!.

I've done that many times (I ran cross country for six years)--I believe it's fine for your body as long as you eat right afterwards!. It was always hard for me to get anything down beforehand if I was running at 7am or so and I would just feel sick anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've read before that it's actually better to work out before you eat!. I work out 5 mornings a week and usually don't eat anything before hand!. I never have any negative effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
