Question: How much exercise do I have to do a day to lose 40lbs in 2 months!?
I'm 5'3, 155lbs!. I'm 14!.
I need to lose 40lbs in 2 months!. I already have a good diet plan!.!. but, how much exercise do I have to do to achieve my goal!?
I don't care if it's a lot!.!.
In September I weighed 100lbs!.!. now I'm 155lbs!. Please help, tell me the truth on how much exercise I have to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would have to seriously run all day!. That is not really a possible goal!. You could maybe lose 20 pounds in that amout of time!. Just do about 90 min of cardio a year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
