I have 15 days to perfect my figure and skin, any suggestions?!


Question: I have 15 days to perfect my figure and skin, any suggestions!?
My boyfriend is leaving for 2 weeks!. When he gets back I want to look amazing!. I want to tighten my legs, my butt, and flatten my stomach almost right down!. i also want to get my skin as clear as possible!. and also tan!. i want to be in shape!. and look the best i can for his arrival home!. and don't think im doing this mostly for him, its mostly for myself!. I just really want to get into shape!. if you know any good excercises, homemade facials, smoothies, anything i can do at home, easily by myself without spending a fortune! your help is greatly appreciated!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try jump ropping!. it's one of the best exercises out there!.
i don't know about homemade beauty products!. i've heard that sugar and sea salt scrubs are good, but i haven't tried them!.

try the mystic tan, where they spray you with self-tanner!. they can spray you to give you the illusion of more body definition than what you have!.

eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water!

overall, don't expect to go from ordinary you to Miss America in 15 days!. however, with a little more time, you can do it :) besides, he's been away, and you look AMAZING just how you are to him!. he doesn't care about the imperfections you see in yourself- he just wants to be with you and loves you as you are! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one is perfect and no one will ever be, but you can try to be as close as you can to being perfect!. Personally I think you need more than 15 days to look the way you want to look!. But you should still try your best, but always remember change takes time, so don't like turn anorexic!. Please!!!

whatever you do dont go on a crash diet!.!.not worth it im sure your boyfriend will be happy to see you the way you are afterall he is gona see you n 2 weeks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

They have these tan lotions at the store and you just rub it on ur body they seem to work good! Just do crunches and squats and swim and eat rightWww@Answer-Health@Com
