honestly i have not used it b4 but there r many scams going on in marketing since people r more concerned with losing weight they know it is easy to get people in the doors and buying ones!.!. i think it is better to do excercise the old fashion way and just eat healthy like the right amount of servings of protein, fruits, veggies, wheat, and etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
