I just started lifting and have a routine i am comfortable with but not sure if I need to mix in cardio!. Im 6'3 181, I lift every other day!.
Also I have a membership to a gym so open to most machines!.!. treadmill, elliptical, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio should be part of any routine!. Nearly impossible to get ripped without it!. I suggest doing cardio on the days you are not lifting!. Roman chair for abs!. Happy lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
