Question: I want to try calorie shifting!.!.!.how does it work!?
I've done research on it, but how do you know what you're supposed to eat!?!? Does it matter what you eat as long as you stick to the amount of calories!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

is calorie shifting the same as the zigzag diet where you undereat most of the week and overeat one or two days!?
that's what i'm doing and i use site below to look up cals!. in food that i don't have the label info on!.
for losing weight it might not matter what you eat as long as you count calories but to stay healthy and avoid losing too much lean muscle while losing weight it probably good to have a balance!. i do about 50% carb,30protein and 20%fat intake which is not that hard to quess!. just carbs with some lean protein in a meal and i'm pretty close!. and i try to eat 5 small meals a day!. sometimes only 4 and sometimes 6 with fairly even number of cals!.
i'm losing slow!. about a lb a week which is fine with me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
