Question: I don't think my work out is wroking!?
When I started working out it was really hard for me!. After a few days it started getting better!. Now it's not hard at all!. The thing is I don't think the work out is working!. I don't look or feel smaller!. I do a 30 min cardio work out!. I'm going to start jogging tomorrow!. Why do I not look smaller yet!? I don't think I lost any weight

I know how you feel, I have been working out and dieting for sometime now and the lbs are still the same!. I just got a tip that you take your weight divided in half and thats how much water you should drink a day!. I started doing that and I feel like my stomach is shrinking!. And thats only after 2 days!. So if you weight 206 divide by 2 = 103 lbs convert to 103 ounces of water you should drink a day! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
