Question: If I do 50 pushups + 50 situps each day till the last day of summer, what will that do for me!?
What will I accomplish by the end of the summer!. Oh and by the way, Im 14 and I'm not skinny!. Im medium-sized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At first you will start to feel stronger and feel the muscles getting stroner in your abs, pecs, shoulders, back, and arms!. But in order to continue to grow new muscle if you goal is to get bigger than you have to challenge yourself further!. Sticking to the same routine for 2-3 months will build a solid base for you, but it will get stale and you probably won't see the results you are looking for!. But it is exercise, so that is a nice way to start and make a commitment to improving your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may get a little bigger, assuming you are eating a lot of food, especially those high in protein!. But your body will begin to get use to the same old workout and start to plateau, or stop getting bigger!. And you also will put a strain on your muscles and not allow them to repair themselves because you are working them daily!. Muscles need about 48 hours to fully repair!. Workout 5 days at the most, and try other things, like pullups, or dips!. Or get a gym membership and start lifting there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have a goodbody!.!.abs!.!.and muscles that's good!.!.if you partner it with a good diet!.!.but kindly do some strecthing before doing that exercise because it may cause some injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
