Question: Best way to burn and cut a beer belly!?
I lift weights at least 4-5 times a week and i try to do cardio at least 10-15 minutes before hitting the weights!. so im not worried about getting stronger (im benching 250 max and im 189 pounds) but im having trouble burning the fat!.
I had gained 25 pounds do to my wife's pregnancy!. So i went up from 165 to 190 in a 9months (damn you sympaty weight!!!)
now im trying to lose this beer gut so im hitting the weights hardcore so my arms and and back and cheast are looking good and healthybut i dont see any change in the belly!!!, i do feel stronger alot stronger since i started going again around 2 months but my gut is still stronger than me!. I know i have to watch what i eat, and stop the grease, but is there any exercises that help trim the gut!?!?!?!? i have started to do the jumprope and more cardio, but i dont want to lose the muscle tissue!. Any, PTs out there!?!?!? anyone!?!?!?!?
Oh and i tried Hydroxicut and i almost had a heart attack, so no pills please!.

You need to be doing more cardio, particularly high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which is believed to specifically target belly fat!. If you continue weight training you don't need to worry about losing muscle mass!. Always do your weights before cardio, and follow up with a high-protein (but lean) meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join weight watchers! and excersize!. drink lots of water!. Eat smart ones!. Take a journal of how many calories and how many pounds you gain and then go to a gym and burn it all off at the end of every weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

you are doing well on the workout part but i suggest that you pick up trail running instead of cardio workouts!. you mentioned that you are afraid of loosing muscle tissue!. i had the same fear and i asked my running coach what the best thing was to stop tearing tissue, he said streching is the best thing and he is right!.

my advice is to find some good running trails and run 4-5 days a week!. after each run strech out your legs for a good 20 min!. after you finish your streching, go to the gym and do your arm and chest workouts!. if you do this and keep this up you will loose alot of that beer gut!. (also try to lay of the booze, that might help too, lol)!.
