I tried, and I can't go a day without peanut or almond butter!! Can this be !


Question: I tried, and I can't go a day without peanut or almond butter!! Can this be bad!?
Iam stil a growing teenager, but i eat ALOT of nuts including peanut butter almost everyday on toast, can these high fat foods be bad for loosing weight!?!?


Iam also a vegetarian, so i know i need the "extra" protien, but i think i eat too much nuts!.!.!. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nuts can be kind of fatty but almond butter would be better then peanut butter!. limit it to every other day and see how it goes!. u can also try things like Humace as a spread its lower in fat and can be tasty!. u can also try things like soy for extra portien!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it isnt bad at all BUT you must get used at all costs to consume in small portions and exercise a lot!.!.!.those stuffs are very high in energy,so use it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
