This is everything I have eaten today!. Is it good!? I just started counting calories!.
Breakfast-
Glass of sunny D =110cal!.
Toasted bagel =210cal!.
Strawberry Jelly =50cal!.
Snack-
3 white grapes
Supper-
Gold star chili 490cal!.(made at home)
Other-
Watermelon Sucker =50cal!.
Total calories= about 910
(yea, i kno wasnt that great of supper but thats all we had!.)
But that is a LOT less calories than I have been having before I started my diet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well usually people have around 1500-2000 calories so!.!.!.your under 100 id say your pretty good!.

900 calories is too low, the body needs at least 1200 for women and 1500 for men just to sleep!. Try to go for 1200 calories, you will still lose weight unless you sleep 24 hours aday lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
