Should I Bulk Up For Football?!


Question: Should I Bulk Up For Football!?
I am 13 years old, going into 8th grade!. I play linebacker and tight end!. I am 6'1", and I weigh 159!. The weight limit to carry the ball is 168, so should i gain more weight!? Btw, I have almost no fat on me, so my weight is muscle already not fat!. Football starts Jul 24, so I need to gain this weight quick, any suggestions!? I already work out every day, so dont give me that as one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you mean you must way 168 or above then I would suggest you take a weight gainer protein shake(I use muscle juice), or you can also use boost(the opposite of slim fast it is a weight gainer but it does not supply protein like muscle juice)!. The reason you should use a shake and not food is it is packed with nutriance, and it will not stretch your stomach out like if you eat to much to gain weight then you will end up with a big stomach because you keep stuffing and it will not put weight all over your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

k well!. muscle weighs alot more then fat!. so working out will definetely help that!. but also if yu eat really healthy, and yu need to gain pounds fast!. jus stop !. because the change in dieting will affect it and yu will gain mroe weight!. and later on yu can regain that as muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
