Question: FREAKING OUT HERE!! wont take a min of ur time!?
hii!.!.!.im a 14 year old girl and my wwweight has always frustrated me!.!.!.i weigh 145!.5 lbs(66 kg) and im 5 foot 5 inches tall (166 cm) !.!.!.!.!.i know that my BMI is normal but i rlly dont care!.!.!.!.i look and feel horrible!.!.!.

my body fat is 22!.5% is that ok!?!?!? and how much should i lose!?!?

i have been going to the gym for 2 wks and doing cardio for 50 minutes!.!.!.!.also 7 machines each 3 sets containing 13-15 reps!.!.!.!.with weights going from 5 kg to 15 kg (11 to 33 lbs)

and i havent lost one damn pound!.!.!.!.

please help me!?!? i don eat any snacks just fruits when im hugry,!.,no choclate or cake etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not overweight!. And, congragulations for getting your body fat percentage!.!.!.That would be my first line of advice!. In reality its NOT your weight that matters, OR BMI, but it is your body fat percentage!. Muscle has a much higher density than fat (so one pound of muscle looks like a chicken egg compared to a pound of fat that looks like an ostrich egg)!.

Your body fat percentage is in a very healthy range!. If you want to lower it , however, you will need to do a little more than just cardio!. Basically!.!.!. You want muscle on your body!. Since you are female your body doesn't produce enough testosterone to make huge muscles, so you don't have to worry about that at all!.!.!. But muscle burns LOTS and lots of calories compared to fat, which hardly does at all!.!.!.

Try doing a little weight training (WITH supervision with a trainer at your gym or another knowledgable person) and follow your weight training with your cardio workout!. Think of it this way- Your weight training will burn all of the calories in your stomach!.!.and then the cardio will be burning pure fat!.

okay well forst of all, you may actually be losing weight but gaining muscle mass!. Thats usually what happens with machines!. Just stick to cardio and youll do fine!. Also, its not the calories you have to worry about!. When you eat, look at the saturated and trans fat, thats the tricky stuff!. Also, try to find food that doesnt have high fructose corn yrup (HFCS) in it, that also a killer!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're probably just going through puberty!.!. and don't worry so much about the weights!.!. i weight 140 at 5'2 and i don't look fat!.!. it's all those years of sport in high school that gave me all that muscle!.

You probably have a lot of muscle weight!. I do too!. Do NOT eat sweets if you are working out!. You will gain a lot of weight!. (you don't weight that much its only a little over normal)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont hardly gain muscle when u lift many reps of low weights!. but if u max and lift like 100 pounds 3 times then thats when ur gaining muscle!. run and lift small weighs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since your 5ft 5in, doctors say that 4 every inch u grow after 5ft 0in u should gain 5 lbs!. So you should weigh 125 lbs @ the LOWEST!. So if your BMI says ur normal then u probably r!.

The reason that your not losing any weight might b cuz even though u don't eat sweets what u eat 4 stuff like breakfast, lunch & dinner may b unhealthy!. I would recommend that you don't eat any junk food or fast food & stick to baked or steamed veggies & meats!.

Also watch your portion sizes!. Even if u may eat musli with low fat milk 4 breakfast eating 10 cups of if with 20 cups of milk isn't really good 4 u even though it's a healthy food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all the more you freak out and the more anxious you are to lose weight the slower it will feel!. Two weeks is also a shorter time than you think for your body to change speed and lose weight!.

I'm not sure about your body fat % because I don't know the preferred amount!.

What I've learned is that you need to switch up your routine because if you do the same thing everyday your body will not burn as much and you won't lose weight as fast as you could!. What you do is alternate days!. One day is cardio, the next is weight/toning routine!. Or you could have one day a 50 min cardio with light weights and the next day a 30 min cardio with heavy weight training!. It's crucial to switch up your routine but still maintain exercise!. It's also perfectly ok to take a break maybe on Sunday perhaps!? Have one day where you can let lose and not stress about diet or exercise!.

Also, exercise without PROPER dieting is a lost cause to lose weight and see results in weight loss!.

You need to really understand food labels because some will try to trick you by saying they're low fat or sugar free but have small servings sizes or contain other faults!.

Most importantly don't deprive yourself of enjoying life!. Don't stress too much!. You're 14 and still growing so it will be harder for you to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to lose weight, honestly!.!.!. the key to losing weight is burn more than you take in!.!. dont just eat fruit, that is a emp diet!.!. try training your body to eat healthy not just fruit!. smaller portions, of healthy food, snacks are allowed but just dont over do it!.!. and try something else besides a bike for cardio although it does help!.!.!. It will take months to show a drastic change!.!.!. You are also 14 so you should be good by 16 and healthy and set for life if you start now!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
