I screwed up AGAIN!!!?!


Question: I screwed up AGAIN!!!!?
Ok, I'm TRYING to lose weight!. But when I eat light, I maintain my weight, when I eat normal, I gain!.

Then today when I was really going to lose, I messed everything up!. !. !. this morning i ate peanut butter toast for breakfast, then midday I ate watermelon and a candy bar!. !. !.grrr!. I just couldn't resist! I was going to actually eat a meal after that, but I was so full I couldn't!. !. !. Idk what I'm going to do for dinner but I just need help!. !. !. Do you have a daily plan in place for how many Calories to consume and what percentage with be from fat/carbs/protein!? If you are just 'winging' it from meal to meal then you will most certainly mess up and get off tract!. One slice of peanut butter toast isn't much and you are better off having a larger breakfast so you don't end up binging on unhealthy foods later throughout the day!. Make a plan and have a goal! Choose set times to eat - preferably small frequent healthy meals that focus on complex and/or fibrous carbs and health proteins with minimal fat added!. There area MANY useful and free on-line sources!. Remember to read labels and know that you may still give in once in a while!. However, if you stick to the plan 90% of the time the other 10% is not going to set you back by much if any!. If you have a sweet tooth preplan what foods you like and limit the portion size!.

You just need to believe that you CAN accomplish your goal and know how you plan to succeed!

That's called the yo yo diet!. You loose weight and then you gain it back!. It is mostly because when you eat light, your metabolism gets slower and slower!. Because there isn't much fat in your food!. Later when you start eating normal again you metabolism take time to accelerate!. So if you start eating lots of fat again your body is not ready to process it all, so you gain weight!. You don't have to be on diet all your life to loose weight!. You have to exercise your body to keep you metabolism in normal condition!. Then you can start eating other things but in healthy amounts, like half a candy bar (once a week),, etc!. Chill! Peanut butter is good for you, its full of good fat (unsaturated) not bad ones (saturated, trans)!. Watermelon is fine!. Candy bar ehhh no!. You're ok, just need to eat more often and eat right!. Green veggies, lean meat, eggs, fish, water, and whole grain food!. Best thing to do is 6 meals a day, if not try to have some healthy snacks now and then that fill you up during the day!. With 6 small meals you can eat every 3 hrs!

For dinner try some whole grain pasta, choose from any kind of fish, pork chops, steak, turkey, chicken, salad, and veggies!. Find some spices that wont add any calories and get creative with your mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot starve off fat!.!.!. it doesn't work!.

You won't loose weight starving yourself, at least not permanently!. You need to burn off the fat, not starve it off!. Eat what you need of good real food so that you're not hungry, and loose the ice cream, candy, soda pop, and pizza!. Add a little exercise, and you'll loose fat!. I think you will have much better results if you eat right, and stop focusing on eating little!.

The book I'm reading is called "Burn the fat and feed the muscle", but there are other good ones out there such as body for life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just as long as what u eat isn't full of ""crap""

maybe its your metabolism that is slow
try drinking green tea
From what ur sayn what u were eating was not alot at all,
put some cardio in it whether it be swimming or some type of sport if u wanna cut some fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
