Dr Frank, what a pathetic rude response!. Maybe this lady doesn't speak English very well!? Why do you feel the persistent need to correct people's spelling and grammar!? If you can't understand the question then don't answer it!

Just eat a balanced diet, you don't HAVE to eat beef or vegetables!.!.although vegetables are so healthy for you, isn't there at least some you could eat!? The mistake a lot of people (like myself in the past) make is thinking you have to eat fatty sugary foods to gain weight, this isn't correct and is unhealthy, even skinny people can have a high cholesterol!. Just increase your intake of HEALTHY food!. Or just try eating a little more often!. Failing that buy some 'build up shakes' which are very nutritious and calorie-some without being to unhealthy!. They are used in hospitals when patients aren't eating, you can buy them from Boots and the supermarkets, they are in the health section, ignore Dr Frank, he's just trying to make himself feel better because he's so frustrated with his own life!.

the beef is not a problem, but you need the vegetables to reduce future cancer problems, there must be at least one vegetable you can eat as they all taste different, what about a corn on the cob, try a fresh one not a frozen one and put it in a micro wave for 4 Min's, then smother it in butter, other options are to soak other veggies in gravy to hide the taste, or what about a pasty!.
ref your weight, drink plenty of milk, notice how babies bulk up on milk, have milky coffees, milkshakes, etc etc, you will be envied by the majority of the world, me included but hey ho, if this fails talk to your dietitian at the doctors surgeryWww@Answer-Health@Com

I dont like veggies either, but if you want to gain weight, an alternative protein to beef is whey protein, you drink it like a chocolate milk drink!. It comes in containers and i like to mix mine with milk!. They have lots of different flavors thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

as far as meat goes just eat chicken or fish although neither have a lot of fat!. If it bugs you just go to GNC and pick up some mass gainer you will definitely pack on the pounds!. Lots of Peanut Butter would help, also put ranch dressing on everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
