Iim 11 5 ft. 86lbs. but i got tested for school and it said i was 25% body fat? !

Dont read too much into it to be honest personally mine varies by 3-4% over the corse of the day depending on what I have eaten!. But as a guide:

25% is a little high

for men less than 22% is normal
15%-19% is healthy
10%-14 % is athletic
less than 10% is elite

so you probably are a little high but improving your diet and some exercise willl sort that ver y quickleyWww@Answer-Health@Com
