Okay this is a repost! Thankyou to all of you guys who are trying to help me!. And I would exercise but im faced with a huge problem! Im grounded for the summer!!! They wont let me go outside at all!. The only way i can go outside is if i wait for them to go to sleep and then sneek out! This is just making things difficult for me! First of all realize there is no miracle weight loss method!. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to change not your diet, but your lifestyle!. Theres no quick fix!. Make sure you never eat when your not hungry!. I used to be bigger and I used to have a bad habit of eating because somebody else was eating or I just wanted to clean my plate!. I broke my meals into five 400 calorie portions a day!. This combined with plenty of water and exercise jump started my metabolism!. I also learned that for every 1 pound of lean muscle I had I would burn an additional 300 calories a day!. I'm just guessing, but most of your weight is probably water!. Start doing floor exercises every night before you go to bed!. Do something like 50 jumping jacks, 40 crunches, a few squats, and maybe some push ups, and trust me you'll notice a huge difference within the first week or so!. Also keep in mind that any exercise you get in is better than nothing!. If you can get your hands on a tread mill or a stationary bike you should walk or ride it 30 minutes a day everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie you can do it!. You just have to continue to believe in yourself and focus on accomplishing your goals of weightloss and being healthy!. You don't have to go outside to work out!. You can work out in your room many different ways!. You can start slow by pacing yourself with small excercises!. You can do push ups, you can do jumping jacks inside, you can put your feet under your bed and do crunches, you can download excercise videos or watch them on youtube and work out to that!. You can also start by eating healthier!. Weightloss isn't only accomplished by working out you have to eat right too!. Veggies, pasta, real juice, no sugars!.!.!. look it all up online!. Go to Yahoo homepage and check out the food section they have a great health food section with great tips!. So pretty much the next thing you have to ask yourself is are YOU ready to move onto to that next step which is ACTING on it all!. Action speaks louder than words!. You are still very young so you have a better chance at loosing your weight becuase you are a teen!. It would be a little more challenging as an adult!. But just stay focused you can do it! You have to believe in yourself when no one else does!. When you get mad or discouraged just push yourself even harder!. It's all in your mind!. Whether you feel like giving up or whether you feel like proving everyone wrong - it all begins with a thought!. You have to "think" positive things about yourself first before you can do anything else!. Just because you wiegh what you do at your age does NOT at all mean you are a failure in anything you do! first off, you need to eat as healthy as you can!.
you dont need equipment to exercise, theres lots of different things you can do, you could even run laps around your house!. im sure your parents would let you if you were running, they could also check up on you!. tell them that you need to loose weight, and im sure they'll help you outWww@Answer-Health@Com

well heres my advise eat as healthy as u can and dosn't me don't have to stop eating bad food u just have to read the label and take the serving sise then u do exersising every other day!. eat food that has 5 grams of fat and under and eat 15 carbs and under don't eat stuff with trans fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try running laps around your house or dancing to some of your favorite songs (if you're embarrassed about dancing in front of others, do it when you're alone at home)!. If you have a Wii, you could also use that!. Dance Dance Revolution is a great way to lose weight!. I played DDR for half and hour every day for three months and visibly lost weight!. I'm sure your parents would let you go outside to jog!. Don't they realize you want to lose weight!? Tell them why you want to go out, and I'm sure they will feel a bit differently about letting you outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont let your parents get in the way of your health!!! explain your desire for exersise and you could even encourage them to do it with you!.

Have your parents buy a DVD exercise program for you to follow everyday!. You can do it indoor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

set the candy bar down and do alot of sit ups, different variations as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do jumping jacks! They work up a sweat and you don't need to leave your house to do them :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
