Question: How to lose weight fast !?
i wanna lose some weight but it really hard ive only lost a lil in like a month n i wanna lose it mur quickly does any one have any easy ways !?

First of all, there is no such thing as an easy and "quick" way to lose weight!. Unless you pump your stomach full of laxatives and eat rice crackers for every meal (which I wouldn't recommend) then it isn't gonna happen!
As one of the above posters said, you need to be doing exercise which is cardio in nature, and try to do these exercises for 1/2 an hour per day!. Oh and by cardio exercise I mean exercise that gets your lungs going, making you slightly breathless!.
Good examples of exercise that you can do every day would be brisk walking, swimming (which is one of the BEST cardio exercises you can do), playing tennis or football, jogging, cycling, fell walking etc!. Try to stick to a good breakfast like Shredded Wheat (which will keep you going till dinner), a light lunch (sandwiches, small salad) and tea!. Try to do some exercise after dinner and after tea if possible, even if it's vaccuuming the whole house!
As you go into your second and third week, try to increase the difficulty of each exercise that you do, as your body may get used to each activity and not burn as many calories!. You may also find that drinking lots of water will help while you follow this plan!Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix!. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details!.

Currently only using the criteria 'lose weight' there are 8,726 questions and answers on Answers already!. Mis-spell it as 'loose weight' and you get another 2,424! 'Weight loss' will add another 1,750!. 'Too fat ' 14,518 and 'overweight' 2,500 and 'over weight' 24,409!!!!!!.

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

It takes a lot of steps, but it works in the end!. Make sure you do cardio everyday, and your carb intake should be no more than 1 gram per pound of body weight!. You want most of your calories to come from protein and clean carbs like veggies!. Also keep your fat intake low!. Another suggestion is make sure you haves snacks like an hour or two before lunch and like an hour or two before dinner so you are not as hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
