Is it ok to workout before bed?!


Question: Is it ok to workout before bed!?

if you were to ask a psychologist the answer would be no, because it upsets your sleep pattern and prepares your body with energy!.

however, i do it, and i still sleep fine so its something you have to experiment with!. Some people will be affected, some people wont!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its okay to exercise a little earlier at night!. I typically work out between 5-7pm!. But I then don't go to bed until 11pm!. But if you go to bed at 10pm and are working out at 9pm you might have some trouble falling asleep!. Plus you get all of those chemicals going in your brain that make you alert and peppy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

working out before bed might keep you up, but if it doesnt i dont see anything wrong with it!.!.!.but i would recommend you work out in the evening or in the morning!.!.so it doesnt interfere with your sleep or anything!.!.!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
