How long will it take me to loose 30 lbs???!


Question: How long will it take me to loose 30 lbs!?!?!?
is it healthy to loose 30 lbs in 40 days!.!. if i walk 2 miles a day and and eat only 2 small meals a day!? if its not healthy how unhealthty is it (alittle unhealty- just unhealthy-or extreamly unhealthy) and how long is it supposed to take you to loose 30 lbs!? if it is extreamly unhealthy and i loose 30 lbs in 40 days could it hurt me (like make me sick) how long is it supposed to take to loose 30 lbs!.!. i read about a guy who lost 50 but it took him 6 months and i dont have that long!.!.the reason i ask is because my friend is getting married and i am in the wedding and i need to fit into the dress!.!.!.!.!. (if there is a healthier way to loose 30lbs in 40 days than to walk 2 mles a day and eat only 2 meals a day please let me know!.!.!.THANKYOU :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're really not giving yourself a whole lot of time!. It is pretty unhealthy to do that!. 30lbs in 40 days is about 5lbs a week, and they tell you about three!. It's do able, so don't worry about that part!. Lots of veggies!. I (usually) eat a salad everyday!. Red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers, orange peppers, cucumbers, carrots, little bit of cheese, romaine & whatever other veggies I feel like throwing in every so often!. Light dressing, a vinagraitte generally has very little calories, but I usually have a light caeser dressing!. Measure everything out!. 1/2cup of veggies or fruits are a serving!. When putting food on your plate, it should be 1/2 veggies, 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch!. Remember, corn & potatoes are starch, though they may be veggies, they count for starch!. Skinless chicken breast is the best meat, since it's very lean!. For breakfast, I'll eat All-Bran cereal(the taste really grows on you, I absolutely love it!.), or a yogurt smoothie!. (1/2 cup 0% fat yogurt, which has 50 calories per 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup 1% milk, and 1 cup of mixed fruits!. I usually buy frozen mixed fruits, which has raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries!.) Snack on fruits & veg throughout the day, or even throw in some nuts!. They're high in protein, high in fat though, so limit them!. Drink lots of water!. Drink real fruit juices, not the artificial stuff!. If the label says that it's just fruit juices, or fruit juices from concentrate & water, then they also count as a veggie serving!. Take vitamins to make sure you do get enough in your diet!. I take 1000mg of Vitamin C, 1000ui of Vitamin D, as well as One A Day's weight loss multi vitamin!. Watch your calorie intake!. Exercise!.Your thighs are your biggest calorie burners!.
