One of my good friends is 11 and she weights 110, she doesn't want to like run, 2 miles a day, but she wants some thing simple and easy to do,oh she also doesn't want to do like South Beach Diet and all of the other things! any sugestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weighs 110!? That's nothing! Unless she is like 4'6", she is not even near overweight!. Tell your friend that she is growing, and her muscle and bone mass are getting thicker and heavier!. So if she's worried about her weight, that is all that is happening!.
Besides, if she hits some stupid diet that limits her calories to under 1600, and makes her exercise like crazy, she is going to lose more than weight!. She'll lose energy, her happiness (she'll be more cranky, irritable from lack of food and stress on her body), and her proper growth!.
There is nothing wrong with some light exercise, but she does NOT need to lose any weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy!. Loads of veggies and fruits, smaller portions of lean meat, drink lots of water!. Lay off the refined white flour and sugar!. Whole grains in breads etc!. Remember that splenda and the like are treated like sugar in your body!. Juice, pop and diet pop are all empty calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if she really wants to lose weight, all she needs to do is eat healthy and get a little bit of exercise!. Cut out sodas and just get them as a treat every once and awhile!. Drink lots of water!. But all in all, she should embrace her body and be happy with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

excercise is really the only way to go unless she wants to try smaller portions of low calorie food

11 is way young and Im not sure I understand your question!. If you want to help, offer your help! But dont force!. Suggest something you can together (like a walk)! Its always better with friends!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
