Question: Skinny 15 years old boy measurements!?
Height - 170cm or 5'7''
Weight - 55kg or 121 pounds
Chest - 81cm or 31,7 inches
Waist - 69cm or 27 inches
This sizes are normal!? I'm skinnier as I think I am!?
When I look at the mirror, I think my chest is kind of small - not the circumference but one side to the other!. It's hard to get a precise measurement but I estimate something about 10 inches!. I took this measurement with approximatly the visible part of my chest [1/2 inch from my nipples] with a hard rule!.
I know this isn't anything near from price but you can have and idea!.
How can I enlage this particular measurment for example!? When I get older, this will enlarge from it own [I'm only 15, my body is not completly formed]!?
Swimming/Indoor climbing and some bodyweight exercises are enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that's very skinny for a male, but you are still growing!.
You can always try weight lifting/strength training and try to eat 120g of protein a day (1g per 1lb of body weight)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He isnt fat, yet he isnt too skinny!.
I think hes just right for his size, considering hes like 5'2!.
But since your 5'7, you could probably gain a little more!.
But no means are you fat, but you might want to bulk up a little!.
But then again, as you go through puberty, your body naturally builds up fat!.
You sound fine, maybe just continue eating healthy!.
Theres no ideal size for a certain age!.

She weights 67 pounds, and she wears a size 13 (kids) shoe!.
