Belly dancing videos!. I have one and it's great!. 2-3 times a week keeps my stomach, arms and butt toned!. Plus, it's so fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join the marines or eat less junk and do more execise on your own terms which should be regular and last more than half an hour per day so if you feel out of breath after 20mins slow down for 5 and go for it again for another 20mins!. drink some water when you get hungery eat some food but leave out the expensive junk food thats going to make your 20/40mins a wast of time and build your waist up by another inch per year or less!. my advice is stop what yopur doing thats making your waist big and do the exercise and sensible meals!. lose those bordome eating habits and move around while you think what your going to put in your mouth !.is it going to help you or work against your objective!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? never tell your self that just one wont hurt or that wont matter because after another week it will have matered and you would have been much better off if you hadnt done it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce I'm afraid!. If you lose weight it's going to come off from the hips and bust as well!. Maybe make a compromise and just lose a couple of inches, otherwise you are going to end up with no hips and bust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
