Question: Powder creatine!?!?!? making me vomit!?
today i took creatine for the 1st time and been drinking a lot of water!. I worked out and after i finished, i've been kinda feeling like throwing up!. Its not serious to the point that ill throw up automatically, but i feel like throwing up!. Is it because my body can't handle it or is it because my workout was too hard and i overdid it or something!? some feedback plz!. thanx

Unless you're taking a different formulation than what I have, NO Xplode doesn't have creatine in it, or at least there's not much!. NO Xplode is to give you a great pump and give you a power jolt to your muscles, so you can do powerful lifting and workouts!.

Now, actual creatine - I've never gotten sick from just one serving, but after several days of a lot of creatine I sometimes get a little green around the gills!. If I start feeling a little queasy, I just cut back on the creatine!.
