Im trying to work out my inner chest area, need some advice/help. What type of workouts can I do???
I have free weights, and cant start a gym membership until around Aug. Im taking online summer classess so for now, just have weights, and the ground for my push ups. Any suggesstions?

start with lower weights and lie on a bench. have the weights parallel your body and close your arms together above you while keeping your arms straight. its really hard but its esentially a butterfly press.
do pushup with wider hand sets, the closer together your arms are the more it works your trceps. at regualr shoulder with it works your chest annd shoulders.
do a decline bench
