What foods dont make you lazy?
What foods are best to eat at lunch that doesn't make one lazy to study/work?
Answers:
eat high protein and fresh fruits/veggies
things like:
lean turkey or lean skinless boneless chicken
or u can make a sandwich out of it and put it on whole wheat bread with lettuce and a tiny bit of mustard
salad with chicken on top...little salad dressing.
fruits like oranges, apples, plums, peaches, etc
veggies like broccoli, cabbage, celery, carrots, etc
nuts like brazil nut, peanuts, almonds, cashews
peanut butter or almond butter or cashew butter on whole wheat bread
all of those things.
stay away from sugars from things like cookies, candy, sugary cereal, etc
because u feel energetic when eating them...but thats the stuff that makes u crash later
