Question:
My arms are sore, my legs are sore, they all feel a bit swallen from working out should I still go to the gym?
or take a day off? What is better to push through it with cardio only or a day off?

And for the record, I took the day off... There is no right or wrong here... I see now I have to read my body and see how I feel... I think there will be way more times to push my body than to take a break like I did today...
But a day off once in a while is clearly essential....
