Question: What do you listen to when you work out!?
I usually have an MP3 of the Howard Stern Show!. It's 5 hours long, so one show lasts me all week!. I wouldn't be able to run without it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i like to watch TV shows on my iPod, TV shows on the small television we have in our home gym, but i rarely just listen to music!. i like having something to look out or i start to feel weird!. i'll watch something funny like Two and a Half Men or Family Guy!. the show 24 is great for working out because it's a lot of action and since each episode is an hour, it passes by quickly xDWww@Answer-Health@Com
if you're a rock fan, I would suggest some heavy metal definately!. lamb of god is great to work out to!.
if I'm watching tv, I'll put on something amusing that keeps me really interested and NOT tivo-ed or whatever because it forces you to watch through the commercials, thus working out longer!. as long as it's something you like and you pay more attention to it than to the workout, then it's goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
