Question: Okay me and my friend are on a diet!? Help!? :] EASY 10 POINTZ Lol!?
Okay so me and my friend today we thought we totally had to lose weight cause we wanna look good for the school year so we did some dances today like workout dances, cha cha slide, cupid shuffle, souljia boy, and Electric slide cause we bored Lol!. So we are kinda hungry now and we don't know what to eat!! So does anyone have a good diet plan for children under 18!? Plz dont say "were to young" this is real!. We are OVERWEIGHTWww@Answer-Health@Com

Veges are good, i like cutting up celery and carrot sticks and dipping them in some sort of dip!. I also find water fills me up so i don't need to eat as much!.!. I also heard that you shouldn't eat after 7pmWww@Answer-Health@Com

go for low calorie stuff over anything else - light n fit yogurt, low cal/low carb bread, egg whites, lots of salad and fruits, cooking spray instead of oil, grilled instead of fried, less red meat, more fish and chicken!. probably the most important thing is just controlling your portions and being good about it!. if you're good for a few days you'll really get into the swing of things and your appetite will adjust and get smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, part of a diet plan is making sure you eat at certain times!. you should make it your goal not to eat past 7 o'clock!. But if you just so happen to be starving try some raw veggies or some fruit!. A lot of the time people also think they're hungry when in reality they're really just thirsty so maybe try drinking some water, and go to sleep!. eat tomorrow, for breakfast!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just suck it up and wait for breakfast!. If it were say 8:00 a piece of fruit or a low fat yogurt could work as a snack, but 11:30 is too late for anybody to be eating!. Try drinking some water to trick your stomach into feeling more full!.

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies and salads with fat free dressing!. The noodles mentioned above are good as well!.!. Rice cakes are not bad!. The most important thing is eating balanced!. You need carbs, and fat, and protein!. As long as you avoid junk food and keep exercising you should see the weight start to come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat a packet of 99% fat free instant noodles!. that was my favorite lunch that my dietician/nutritionist said I could have!. yum and its good for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Since it's late don't eat 2 much I'd suggest eating light such as fruit!. example ( oranges, apples, bananas, watermelon, etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com
