You can eat ANYTHIG you like, just eat it very slowly so you get more pleasure out of the flavours in your food and you will be satisfied with less!.

Eat as normally as you can, but opt for healthy foods (low calorie, sugar, fat, salt etc)!.!.!. don't starve yourself!.
Eat normal tasty meals that are low in calories, just read how many calories each food item contains and work it out, comparing to your recommended daily intake!. Have smaller meals but more regularly in the day!.!.!. also have a lighter dinner as you burn less calories when you are asleep!. Simple! Don't go on weired diets as they simply don't work in the long term!.!.!. you want to eat so you can eat like that for the rest of your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com
