Pecs and abs...and arms.?!
Question: Pecs and abs!.!.!.and arms!.!?
i want to work out my abs, pecs, and arms!. i already have like 3 abs!.!.!.but they are all on one side!.!.do you know why this could be!? and i heard push-ups help with pecs but they arent doing a thing for me!. and does anyone know good arm *bicep tricep* techniques without weights!? any help would be appriciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a lot that you can do and all can be done at home!. Such as doing crunches for your abs, regular sit ups, rocky sit ups, all these will help you and yes it will take some getting used too!. As for the chest and arms there are a lot of ways for that!. Try doing wide arm push ups, close and closed hand push ups, diamonds is another form of push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
okay dont laugh at me for answering this because im only thirteen and a chick, but i did gymnastics so i know my sshit! ha!. well i have the same thing, because i tumble with my right arm its alot stronger so i can arm wrestle with my right but not my left because its too weak!. get what im saying!? because you're working out one side more, its going to be dominate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
