What do i have to eat?!
Question: What do i have to eat!?
i stopped going to gym ,,now ,i m working out in my house like pilates i take from youtube and some crunches and minding my food
eating oats cookies and veggies/rice,
i change my diet from time to time and i m not over weight
my weight is about 86lb,now it increased cause my period didnt come yet,its usually 82lb,*see girls with eating disorders dont have peroids so i m in the safe side*
i try to eat good snacks,and meals but its hard for me to think wisely about the list of food i should start with
i was thinking about many diets,should i go back to atkins!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

woah!. that is really really, really small!. its good your not going to the gym!. and you dont need to diet, serioussly!. plus atkins deprives your body of carbs which are essential, it messes with your brain!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You say yourself that you aren't over-weight, so why the need to diet!? Just eat 'well' (i!.e!. avoid loads of fat and sugar) and keep up the exercise - that 4lb will diappear before you know it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
diets don't help you atall!.
you don't the nutrients, iron & protein ect!.!.
just eat healthily !.!. get a healthy balance of everything you need

ok im really sorry!.!.!.!.but u need a milkshake or sumthing!. i know its hard to believe wen u have the eating disorder, but u are truly skinny, and its not healthy AT ALL to lose more weight!. find help :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
