Im over weight!.!. not too bad, but more than i would like!.!. im not worried about the numbers so to say, because not everyone will look healthy at the same weight!.!.!. I just want to know what I can do to be flat before school (August 19) thank you SOO much!.!.!.
oh, by the way, right now I am doing like a half hour of running a day, some excersizes targeting lower belly(that and my thighs are my problem areas) so if you have any slimming excersizes for those plz let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

When sitting and riding in the car or at a desk or whatever, tighten your thighs and lower stomach and buttocks, then release!. Also pull upward on your inner pelvic muscles, these are known as kegel exercises!. Pull up as if you were peeing and had to suddenly stop!. Do this whole contraction (kegel, thighs, buttocks, tummy) hold for 5, then relax!. Repeat for as long as you can keep doing it!

Breakfast--egg whites, 1 slice of wheat toast
10:30 Am snack, apple, pear plus 3 walnut halves
Lunch-HUge green salad, tomatoes, vinaigrette dressing (blasamic vinegar and olive oil) plus skinless chicken, turkey or sfish (tuna fish will do)
3:30 snack-apple or pear plus 3 walnut halves
Dinner-Huge plate of greens (broccoli, spinach, cabbage, kale, beans) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Exercise
3 sets of 12 squats a day

Eat small portions of meals throughout the day, stick to protein and avoid carbs (just in the morning), do pilates and dancing (it is good for the belly) try side leg raises or pilates searches online for ideas!. Also running is good and maybe weights like lunges!. Eat veggies, chicken and lean meats and egg whites!. Avoid high sodium foods, drink green tea and lots of water to flush out your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
don't ever stop moving! even when you're relaxing you can burn of extra calories by moving your legs around and rocking back and forth!. instead of watching tv listen to music and dance around!. add in some extra exercise every chance you getWww@Answer-Health@Com
